So as of right now you've gotten Merida twice. So all eight categories need to be read. Then if you get Merida again down the road you'll start over by picking four of the categories. Just like you did the first time you got Merida. Then if you get her a 4th time you'll read the other four that you didn't pick the 3rd time.

So guys. I’m almost done with Room. Just a few pages left. I picked up 3 more books but we haven’t drawn the characters yet. I have the 500 pg book life of chewy, I have a book with a star (number the stars) and a blue cover (wonder) which should I read next? I was thinking the 500 pg so it would be done if we get the character but I also don’t want to waste time on it if we never get that category. It’s a risk. Should I take it?

Hey Ladies, I'm wondering if we should consider using one of our passes for one of the Merida categories??

Ashley mentioned that she was willing to read a random book for "Brave" and/or one of the Dark Throne books for the triplets requirement; however, she is finishing up a book for Snow White too and I'm sure (like all of us) she wants to read other things from her planned list.

I propose we use a pass for "Brave". I can read a cheesy triplet romance to cover the other category. It won't be many points, but at least it will get us to the next character.

What do you think? Ashley, I especially want to hear your opinion because you are one of our strongest readers and I don't want to step on your toes. :)

I just finished a book that will fit for Snow White - black hair. I just need to write my buddy comments and review and I'm not sure I will get to it until tomorrow.

Hello Team Brave!

Since it is halfway through the month of September, I was wondering what you like and dislike so far about this challenge. We, the mods, try to make fun and easy challenges and we know this one is a bit more team oriented and harder than our previous ones. I'm just wondering this now since our October Villains one will be work just like this one. We've already thought of some changes that might make next month a bit easier on you all but I would love to hear everyone's thoughts.

You can either reply on your team's chat thread or PM me personally. Other than that, I hope that you all are enjoying this challenge and your books!

Yeah Jamie, let's see what we get in the next week, especially since it looks like it would fit several categories. We should get a new character today, and hopefully will finish up another shortly. If we don't end up getting Aladdin soon, I would post it under whatever is current. We can always move it later if we need to.
