Always best to search for your edition with the isbn in the first instance. This meets your requirements but of course I don't know what cover you have.https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
That's the right cover. However, what seems different is the publishing. On the side of the book it says Oct 15. This was published Oct 6. That's 9 days difference. Does this help?
With Harlequin books in their serial lines they put the month and year the book released on the spine. So that Oct 15 means it came out in October 2015 not on October 15th.
So I should be OK if I put the one with Oct 6 down?
If that's the one that matches your ISBN, cover, and page count then I would say yes.
