Thanks Scout! I have decided not to promise people signed copies this time around because it takes forever to get them shipped to me and then off to other people. I do wish ereaders and ebooks were more accommodating to people who like the feel of a paperback in their hands. Not only is it on sale right now, but the delivery is instant :)

Yep yep! No audiobook yet, which some people have asled, but the publisher does assure me that that will happen someday.

Has anybody had a chance to read this book yet? And if so, I would welcome any criticisms/thoughts you have. Seriously, be brutally honest. I want to know how this series could be improved from one book to the next.
