I can't remember the title or the of the person who wrote it.
But it a werewolf story. I can't remember much. But I think it had two or three books. So it's a girl and she have this guy best friend he's not a werewolf. But she end up one day find her mate. But he doesn't accept her. Because he end up killing someone mate so he thought he didn't deserve his own mate. I think years went by and he still didn't accept her. But I think by then he became Alpha of the area or something like that. The girl end up getting in some type of accident with her human friend. And I think she lost an arm or leg. (I can't remember) I think she got amnesia too. So she forgot her human best friend her and father was trying to keep him away from her. But she end up remembering her human best friend. Her and best friend was playing around then it became a little sexual between them two but they didn't go all the way. Even though her mate didn't want her he didn't want her with anyone else and he was able to smell her best friend on her. I think her and her mate kissed then some type of bomb thing happen when she couldn't be away from him. If he went too far she got sick I think. So they had to travel to figure out what was going on between the two. By going on a trip they became closer and he a finally accepted her as his mate
