I was making pizza and trying out a new dough recipe. So I had to make my normal dough, and the new dough, and by the time I'd finished and started tidying up it had finished proving and I had to finish it off, and cook it. Then we had dinner, and then I had to stack the dishwasher, and try to clean up all the flour, and wipe the sides down, and yeah, it was about 5 hours from start to finish! Good jobI've got a dishwasher or it would have been longer!
