If you know me and the books I read you know I'm not a fan of strong language (swearing) and even less a fan of young adult books where everyone is sleeping around. So why did I read this book? Well, that's a good question...

I finished a book on my kindle and this showed up under Amazon's "top picks" for me. The cover was cute as was the synopsis so I thought I'd gave it a go. I loved the author's writing style and I was pulled into the plot and the really liked characters. This has
I actually really liked Challenge Accepted. Maybe it's because of Emma and Logan being the main characters but they didn't annoy me at all. I constantly shipped the hell out of them since I was first introduced them. Especially once Logan made us think that Emma wasn't the "girl next door" kind of love. Lol, of course she was.. he just didn't know it yet.

Of course this book was cliche and predictable but I still ended up loving this book. Yes, Logan was a douche at time but I still ended up

This is another buy on amazon simply because I got an email about it, how do I keep falling for them?
To be honest this wasnt as bad as I expected it to be. The only annoying thing is miscommunication, I cant stand miscommunication as a plot device, JUST TALK TO THEM. This was the beyond annoying. Characters were okay but WAY over the top "Im a nerd all I do is read so I shall reorganize my bookshelves all summer instead of traveling with my friends" "Im such a playboy every girl throws

This was sweet!

If you don't like YA, stay away from this book. It's pure YA and even though I don't really like the genre, I read the book in one sitting.

The story follows Emma, a nerdy 18 years old girl, who never had a boyfriend. She participates in a project at her school to find the perfect, most fitting guy.

When she sees the result, she is shocked. The boy who should suit her best is Logan. Her neighbor and the guy who has been making her life a living hell for years and whom she

Ive read many enemies to lovers novels, but this has been the best one yet. This book starts off with the H and h actually hating each other. Its not like in other stories where the h hates the hero because hes so hot and and shes actually really attracted to him but doesnt want to just be another girl who throws herself at him. No. Emma truly hates Logan. And Logan isnt just teasing Emma but secretly is really into her. He actually doesnt like her.

Thats what made this book so great for me.

The ending dropped my rating for two whole stars!

I started this book because for the first time after a long time I wanted to read something easy. Just a cute contemporary book where I would not have to worry about my favorite characters dying on every page.

And that's exactly what I got. Just a cute summer story about a shy, introvert girl Emma, and her next-door neighborhood, handsome but a jerk Logan, who'd been making her life hell since they were kids. After he ruins a chance for Emma to

I read this on Fictionpress where so many good contemporary even fantasy stories are just waiting to be discovered. It's a cliche hate-turned-love story but I still enjoyed it all the same, in one sitting.

This was delightful.

I will admit, this was pretty much the same storyline I've read many times in Young Adult, but that didn't take away the fact that I really enjoyed Challenge Accepted.

The story is about a bookworm - that we're reminded of being a bookworm a lot throughout this book - wanting the summer she's always wanted. To organise her book collection (of course!), to find love, and avoid her pain-in-the-arse neighbour and enemy Logan.
It's obvious where their relationship develops

I'm having an extremely hard time connecting with the characters, especially the love interest. He comes across as a major jerk with no redeeming qualities, and his personality and thoughts make me dislike him more. (view spoiler)

Unfortunately, this book is not for me.

This was cute and started out really well but then there was DRAMA and the misunderstandings kept piling up until I didn't care anymore ☹

Good read

This was a fun book to read but had alot of pointless drama. The storyline was good but I was thinking this book would be more of a new adult being that the characters were 18 however it was a young adult for sure. Also I'm kind of confused that these kids are 18 when they are juniors in high school and supposedly really smart. If there was a bit more to it this could of been an amazing book but I just couldn't get all that invested.

What happens when you get to know the person you hate? Its difficult to trust love when anger and frustration is a habit. This was a fun read and very engaging but does have a few swear words and sleeping around is accepted as normal yet it is clean.

Long story short, It is the type of YA, I want to read. It was YA, not NA disguised as YA.

Apparently, the way to Emmas heart was through her reading glasses.

Emma is a book nerd, shy, reserved girl, who is so relying on a compatibility test to meet her summer romance. I loved the representation of her bookish obsession.

Logan is a guy who is not interested in a serious relationship, also dont want to be first to break up with her 2 years Gf, so he lied on compatibility test to

okay this was actually really good. so much better than the first book from this author that i read. maybe it was the alternating povs? it made it so much better that i was able to see both sides fall in love. plus i loved how the boy fell in love first and it wasnt the girl chasing the boy. PLUS matt was amazing. he was such a good friend i loved him. and riley was chill too. i liked this book a lot. it was utterly adorable. couldnt stop smiling. ...more

I thought this book was charming and delightful. It played out some of my favorite YA tropes (boy next door, a bet, nerdy girl, hot guy, etc.) but I enjoyed every second of it. I could have done with a little more romance than what it has, but I was caught up and didn't want to put it down. Really fun! I'll definitely be looking for more books from this author.

I'm so so happy right now that I found this book on a random search of book shopping online. It's the perfect book for a helpless romantic and bookworm like me. #stillindreamland #dontyoudarebreakmeoutofmyhappybubble

Okay, first of all, we get to have two main characters and read the story from both of their POV's. I love that!! Emma was perfect for me to relate to. She's the introvert that loves being alone with her books and not throwing herself onto every guy. She's a dreamer like most

Awesome book

Challenge Accepted

Was actually a really funny good book.

I was not disappointed at all. The author truly had my attention from beginning to end, I love when an author can actually do that and I dont get bored in the middle of the book wishing that it can be over already.

When Logan purposely lies on a compatibility test that his girlfriend, Grace, forced him to take, he is hoping she will take it as a sign that they need to break up. He doesn't realize that he cheated someone else out of finding their true match for the summer.

Emma is Logan's next door neighbor and a bit of a book nerd. She's nearly 18 and has never had a single date. She put a lot of faith in the compatibility test she took, hoping that it will lead her to her first summer romance. When she is

well this is a typical love story to be honest. its been a while since I have read one so it has been quite refreshing. this book is about Emma Dawson a full blown geek that has never had a boyfriend at the age of 17 and her neighbour Logan. they are on a quest to change Emma so that Logan's best mate Matt falls for her. the story follows the activities that they both do together and watches their relationship blossom. but do Logan and Emma succeed in their mission to find Emma love?

First things first, its glaringly obvious where this is going to end up from the off and the fun was in watching how long it would take to get there.
Emma and Logan have been neighbours for years. Their parents are best friends and, until the age of eleven so were they, but now they hate each other.
When Emma turns down a summer in Florida part of her thinking is so she can find her true romance - matched after a test run by the school computer club. What she doesnt know is that Logan took the

A Decent Read But With A Rough Start

This book was almost a DNF for me because the first quarter of this book was a big turn-off. And the hero, Logan, is mostly to blame. His actions and mindset are completely unappealing and he clearly comes across as a jerk. I was extremely tempted to quit while I was ahead, but somehow I decided to keep going. And, surprisingly, it got better. The book definitely turned around when Emma agreed to have Logan help her - and that's when the character growth and

The book was predictable, but still cute. There some more original parts of the story (like meeting under the stars) and then lots of other parts I felt like I read before, but with different characters. I did like how involved all the parents were throughout the book, made it that much more relatable. It was overall an okay read.

I read this book in pretty much a day, even though it's about teenagers it was a good writing style, not too childish and kept you interested till the end.
Refreshing romance and not cheesy.

Well that was super cute. The dude was a bit of a douche at times, but they had this total Logan/Veronica (Veronica Mars s1) snarky, quipping thing going on. Great beach/pool read.

What do you get when you line on a high school compatibility test just to avoid getting paired up with you clingy sometimes-girlfriend?

A match made in Hell.

At least, that's what Logan discovers when his attempt to cheat the system gets him matched up with Emma, his shy, goody-goody next door neighbor and childhood nemesis.

All Emma wanted this summer was to organize her book collection and get over her lifelong crush by starting a summer romance with her perfect match. When that perfect match
