This page has usurped the first edition from 1989 published by Solum forlag. The ISBN belings to the Solum edition, and the first edition of this book published by Cappelen came in 1994,

From all records I can find, including WorldCat and the Norwegian National Library, Cappelen's 1994 edition is this one, a paperback.
