Yes I have the bind-up of Thirst No. 1 and 4. I like the bind-up's of them and found them for cheap so I got them but we will be reading the first book in it.

They are really fun!
Typically, the day before of the day of the buddy read, we will talk about how much we are reading and when we'll come back
then we'll come back after that amount of reading and mark comments - hidden with the spoiler tag - and chat about the book as we go.

BUT - it's our buddy read
so we can all decide on how we read it. it's just a fun place to chat about a book with everyone :)

Oh no, I can wait. I just didn't know how much we needed to have read when the reading started. I'm not a super fast reader.

The date above is the date we all plan on starting the book and discussing it as we read it. I'm not a super fast reader either so don't worry everyone reads at there own pace so don't feel bad if someone finishes before you. We all decide when it comes closer to the date on how much we will read each day.

wow, it's only about 200 pages
but 5 chapters is almost half way (90 pages or so...)

I guess we'll see - but maybe we can come back every 3 chapters or so? that way we come back a few times?

The writing (view spoiler)[ style is really different how

conversations (view spoiler)[ so far it feels a little weird
the vampire almost never uses contractions
but neither do the other characters. and their talking seems....I don't know, awkward. they don't seem to talk like normal (hide spoiler)]

but I thought it was pretty ridiculous that the author had him put in his log that he was going to blackmail someone

and his reaction to seeing her covered in blood - just joked and even chuckled at something - seems so so wrong. I would instantly think she'd killed someone if she didn't have any wounds to cause all the blood she's covered in.... (hide spoiler)]

That's totally okay I haven't read anymore of the book since I just got a job and work 8 hours like everyday this week so I haven't read anymore of it. Been a crazy week of working for me.
