Issues with Quotes

Hello, I would like to add quotes of Fuad Alakbarov, who has written a book but for some reason any quotes that I've is deleted. Can somebody help me with this?

Your book does not appear to be on Goodreads yet. Has it been published?If not, I suspect your quotes have been deleted due to your not being a 'notable person', as GR calls it.

It's been published in Baku
Is it available to the general public? If so, please provide publishing details, so the book can be added to Goodreads (or you can add it yourself).Was it published in English? Are the quotes from that book?
If not, they should be deleted.

Hello, it is in Azerbaijani and I've added that book (Exodus). Could u please accept and move quotes to that book?
As I said, if the notes are not from that book, they should be deleted. If the book was published in Azerbaijani, the English quotes cannot be from that book.

The book is in Azerbaijani but there's part in English and Russian and quotes are from there. But I couldn't added English and Russian to book as it only allows one language. If you can change that I would be grateful.
