What's keeping you busy lately? Is it "good busy" or "bad busy"? What's the difference for you?

The difference - good busy - you can see a marked difference/depletion of your busy load when you're working diligently on it
bad busy - the workload keeps increasing making it seem like the evergrowing pile or list of "to do"
I've been good/bad busy lately. We're getting ALOT done at work, but it seems like we have to tackle each bit in small loads so that we can see the difference in what's getting done because otherwise, it would seem we would never get ANYTHING done and I'd feel like crying all the time (which I did feel over the past two weeks).
my summer has been energizer bunny since May. i need a break. i have a short window to exhale until the first of October. i am involved in many community organizations as well as lots of church functions. when you add my family activities/obligations, personal hobbies, work and general life i am pretty well occupied most of the time. my wife has informed me that i have to start saying no
Kevin, I think yours definitely qualifies as busy with all those weddings.Mine has not been so much busy as complicated. I'm trying to see to the end of the complications.
Lately, birthdays and learning the ukulele have been eating up my free time. And I took a nice long bike ride yesterday afternoon, because it was absolutely perfect weather, yay!Other than that, housework is always needing to be done. I WANT to paint the stairwell, but first I always have to vacuum, and since I put that off until I have to, well... no painting yet this summer.
I don't say enough "no" either at work...but I turn down a lot of community work now because it's rarely rewarding...meetings, etc.Where is Kevin talking about the weddings? I want to hear...
I'm busy trying to keep up with the Tigers--I hope they make the playoffs.
But seriously, my job and my dog keep me busy. She can't get enough of those walks!!!

Stefano! We have a baseball thread! Although I love the fact you posted about baseball in the non-baseball thread. Although I am a White Sox fan and we are divisional rivals.
Its gonna be a tight race until the end of the season--I'll have to check that baseball thread.
