Just finished a book - trying to decide what to read next.

I enjoy reading lots of different type of books. But in this case deciding what to read next from the piles of books in my home. ;-)

Bill | 192 comments I'm currently reading The Troop by Nick Cutter ; it's kind of a cross between "The Lord of the Flies" and Stephen King. Not something I'd ordinarily lean to, but so far it's quite good and very creepy.

Bill | 192 comments Someone mentioned to me recently that Christmas is only a few months away. That got me thinking of which ornaments to display on my tree (I collect them), and whether there'd be snow, and where I'll be spending it. And then my mind drifted further.. despite what Dickens said, did Ebenezer Scrooge remain true to his word? Did Tiny Tim really get well and live a normal life? Lo, and behold, I found Mr. Timothy by Louis Bayard in the library!

Cathy | 4 comments Bill. You got me thinking. If you could have a literary tree, how would you decorate?

Mike (mikekeating) I'm in the middle of the second Harry Potter book.

Havent given that any thought; I guess I could do a "character" tree with the LOTR & Wizard of Oz ornaments I have, maybe add some of the Marilyn Monroe ones just because......

Cathy | 4 comments I like all of that except LOTR. Slept through most of the third one. But Viggo Mortensen is always welcome. I might do Wizard of Oz and Dickens.
