Love the hashtag system keep up the great reading!

Scarlet as the protagonist is completely unrelatable. She has no self awareness, keeps want to change her thoughts and actions, but never really tries.Writing is over indulgent. Overcompensates for a hollow plot with over explaining, using unrealistic phrases and complicated emotions. How many times can you use the phrase ..."buttery yellow, buttery gold, buttery syrup?" Oh my word, I actually started cringing every time I picked up.

Oh boy, that doesn't sound good indeed. Not on top of my TBR I guess...
