I browse through your bookshelf and found Demigods & Magicians: Percy and Annabeth Meet the Kanes that I have been meaning to read for quite some time. I'll jump into it as soon as I'm finished with Cat Among the Pigeons.

Just finished reading Demigods & Magicians: Percy and Annabeth Meet the Kanes today. I think it's a great book, a short but nice read. I gave 5 stars :)

Hey, sorry for the late reply, I was on holiday so that kinda messed up everything but I have started The Book Thief this week. How did you find When Dimple Met Rishi?? I personally liked the way that the author commented on the struggle between careers and family life. Also did you manage to find a book to read yet?? Happy hunting if you haven’t!!

OMG that’s so great that I helped share the N.E.W.T.S and O.W.L.S because I think that it is such an interesting readathon even for people who don’t love Harry Potter!

Casey, I just finished All the Ugly and Wonderful Things this morning on my commute to work and absolutely loved it! I gave it 5 stars which, although I'm not a stern recommender, I rarely do! I really liked that the book made me think about the situation and the plot and the characters from multiple different angles. I felt myself sympathizing and then being disgusted with myself. I loved feeling conflicted! Definitely a great read. Have you finished The Good Girl yet? Please let me know what you think I'm intrigued to see if you like it!

I've finally finished When Dimple Met Rishi from your shelves and like you, I'm giving it 4/5 stars. I really enjoyed reading it and I can't believe I let this book sit on my shelves for so long. It was extremely entertaining. I've also decided to join the O.W.Ls and N.E.W.Ts challenge, so if you've found a book you've really enjoyed that fits the challenge, let me know! I would love to give it a try too.

Yay! Another fan of When Dimple Met Rishi! Although I have heard tge other book From Twinkle, With Love isn’t as good :( Also I have some good books that match but It depends whether you are doing the OWLS or the NEWTS so let me know!

Hey Kemi! I'm doing both ;) I'll pick my NEWTS based on which OWLS I pass and so far, I have these NEWTS waiting for me in September:
ASTRONOMY
CHARMS
DEFENSE AGAINST THE DARK ARTS
HERBOLOGY
MUGGLE STUDIES
(and transfiguration and ancient runes will also be on my NEWTS list as I've got a couple of books planned for their OWLS already)

Hi Ev!

I finished Gone Girl and all I can say is wow!!! Like I didn't see that coming and at the end, I found it hard to feel bad for any of the characters... I loved that I couldn't tell what would happen next and just wow!

I'm glad you liked it. I loved the book and hated the characters! The ending threw me for a loop as well. Gillian Flynn is definitely a top notch author. I am enjoying Stargirl so far. Don't know if I will finish by the end of the month, but when I do I will let you know how it is. I really like it thus far.

I agree, in the end, I didn't like any of them! I'll definitely need to look out for more of her books! Happy to hear that, no worries about the timing :)
