I read it 6 to 10 years ago. I don't know how old it was at the time I read it, it was most likely not that old.

It is actually Demonglass that Rainbowheart just mentioned above! I was still looking for it and got this notification yesterday, and there it was! I've been trying to find this book for about 5 years now. Thank you so much, Rainbowheart, the mystery has finally been solved!

I read this Alice Through the Looking Glass quote in a book and I can't remember what book it was in.
I read this book at least 6 years ago, but less than 10.
It was probably a YA book, but it could have been Juvenile.
The quote was in the front title pages of the book.
I feel like the 'Under skies' bit was important to the story or title somehow.
There was a main female character and I remember her name wasn't Alice.
I feel like the main character was male.
I hope someone can help me find this book, I've been searching for it for years.
