star rating doesn't update

I initially gave this book 4 stars, but a few minutes later I changed it to five. But no matter what I do to clear the rating or change it, it still shows me as having given it 4 stars in the ratings list below my review (in contrast to the 5 stars at the top of the review). Librarians are volunteers who do the book cataloging & stuff like that. We can't help with issues of site functionality. :)
