July 10th sounds good. I'll pull it off my shelf and put it near the top of my pile.
I have had this sitting on my Kindle for a few months now. I'll be sure to join in on the discussion :)
That might be helpful. Seems we have a few folks really getting into Humbolt, like myself who are willing to talk about it. It’s been great! I’m so thrilled that people have joined in!

Mine is the audio copy which I think was a poor choice. It's something I would prefer a hard copy of a like copy off so I could underline things.

The hard copy is beautifully illustrated. I have not started; I have been too busy elsewhere. Have you started the book? What are your plans?
That one I have as Kindle and starting it now.

Storyheart, that is super cool, thanks for post it. Pop-up books aren’t just for the wee ones, and they’re so much more imaginative than the ones of my childhood!

I love the way this book idea came about from Caspar considering other old manuscripts and then realizing we have many present day creatures that would qualify for a bestiary in the 21st C. I am traveling a lot today, but I want to look up and possibly link for us some of the ancient manuscripts her refers to in the introduction.
