The cover is in black and white with green lettering. On the cover there is a girl who is holding a small 2 headed dragon. I want to say the girl was blonde with blue eyes? In the story, she was released from some kind of institution (she was there because she was mute but only spoke in quotes from books or poetry). Once she was released she went to this "homeless" place that is described like a huge building that is supposed to be unsafe for people to be inside. Inside the building is a bunch of wires and ropes that everyone climbs to get throughout it. There is also a love interest and something about this girl being really important and not supposed to be let out onto the real world. So please help me find this book!!! It's been killing me all day!
