Romance read recently where the heroine gets kidnaped and the hero, her boyfriend/fiancé/husband comes and rescues her. When he is rescuing her, her captor taunts the hero saying her raped her/sexually assaulted her (he hadn’t). This makes the hero scared to be intimate with the heroine, she feels his hesitance and asks him what’s wrong. He explains and she quickly says no no, and explains to him that she wasn’t and she’s fine.
