Deleting books

I found a book where it looks like the Audio version got added three times. I edited one of the three to include the book cover, but I am nervous about deleting the other copies, in case someone has already added them to their shelf - will it alert me? should I just do it? please help!

All three have unique ISBNs and none of them should be deleted.

Additionally, if anyone has added a book to their shelves you would not be able to delete it unless you were a super-librarian.
