I’ve read this book a long time ago and I forgot the title. It was about this girl who woke up in the rain with no idea of who she was. There are people who are trying to kill her and she works for this agency wherein all the people have unnatural/super powers. The girl who forgot her past has a deadly touch. There’s this one character also who I vividly remember they were quadruplets (or twins?) different body but only one mind controls them. It was a pretty solid book I hope someone knows the title. I want to say that this was published around 2016
