#4 in the series. Good but not better than any of the other ones I've read and maybe even not as good as any of the others when I think about it. This one had Walt's past in Vietnam as a backstory which I guess tracked to the story. The mystery itself wasn't that great. I've found now for his last two books that I kind of loose track of the mystery or kind of just give up caring about it. I'm going to take a break (I always say this but then something pulls on me to read another one sooner), and not read another Longmire book for at least a year. We'll see...

I’ve never read any of the Longmire books. I guess they must be at least ok if you like them. I quite like the few episodes that I’ve seen of the TV series (it is the same, yes?)

Yes, same series, same characters. Different stories though.
