They bounced back - I think I may have used a bad word or two and Amazon don't like that, so I've taken out the offenders and resubmitted. Resubmissions usually take a little longer to get approved though.

Here's the ultimate metric: I bought and am reading the second.

I have a friend who invented a word, "Hydrocarbonaholic" and tried to make it something of a movement. Didn't catch (not as succinct as "Heater") but I've always admired the idea.
