I think I need to watch the episode again to participate in this discussion, lol.

I just finished the book, and one thing I found it interesting that Katherine Johnson was NOT in Houston when Apollo 11 landed like she was in the episode. That seems like a big difference in history! I'm sure it was done so they could highlight both the space race and Katherine Johnson - both clearly deserving of attention! It still seems like more of a break from history than the show usually makes, though.
