If Rue had won, though, Katniss and Peeta would be dead. I wanted Rue to live SO badly. She was one of my favorite characters. When I watched that part in the movie, I cried SO HARD!!!!!!!

I read the book before watching the movie. and I remember, when I was watching the movie, I started sobbing as soon as Katniss left rue to go to the cornucopia... I still can't watch that scene without tearing up...
