around 2003-2004 i read a paperback book geared towards younger kids, where this boy who didnt like to sleep by his bedtime got magically transported to this place thats the same as his except no one sleeps. he finds someone who sneaks him to places where he can sleep. theres a zoo that shows a man who sleeps. his enclosure has a TV. eventually the boy gets back to his own world in the end. the book cover has a giant flying eagle with the boy on its back, i think?? if anyone can help me, thatd be great! thank you!!
