Cannot put a photo on my author page

Although I have loaded a picture it does not show up on my author page

I've tried that but am unsure of the copyright justification, link to source. Whatever I put in seems to have no effect. Is there a secret code??

Do you own the rights to the image?

Yes. Might get my wife to take a new one though!

Then just put "I own the rights to this image" for the the copyright justification.
