I added a second book to a series..

I have made two mistakes. First I filled out a new book page not realizing the series issue. Slammed Again (Davy's Saga) is book two. But my stupidity didn't end there. I also failed to upload the cover. How do I get the cover attached now. (Book one was called: Slammed (Davy's Saga). Sorry for all the trouble I'm causing.
