Hey, I am trying to find a novel. It was romance, a bit crime. I read it around 2007 or 2008. Main heroines name was Rachel she had little child - I think girl. Rachel returned to the village she used to live with her then husband who was pastor. He stole money from others. Everybody thought she was involved. She was now very poor and thin and had ugly black shoes. I think the village was called Eternity.
She started to work for one man. And man's brother was very much against that.
