Korda is a doodler and when his wife, Margaret, is diagnosed with a brain tumor he shares a little cartoon with her each day, to brighten her mood and remind her of their cat and horse family. Margaret then shared some of the cartoons with her friends and the daily doodle took on a life of its own. This book adds some text to introduce the reader to Margaret, all the cats, a horse and some of the inside jokes. There is little text though, the cartoons mainly stand on their own. I actually wasn't very fond of Korda's artistic style but liked his quirky humor, the personality of the cats and the love that inspired each drawing.
