I just don't read UF/PNR like I used to... the only challenge I participated in was the freeform challenge back in September, I think... after reading ~1000 UF/PNR books in the past 5 years, it became harder to find gems in the genre, and I kinda burned out on romance... so I've been focusing on Sci-fi/Fantasy instead...

I'm a new member of the group but I have to admit to not following challenges. TBH I don't like not having control of my own reading activity and I binge read series mainly. In order, once complete! Otherwise, I just choose my standalones as and when I feel like it.

:-(
but I understand.
It has been harder to find new and differrent categories to keep people interested, and also find books for them.
I prefer the big team challenges and I only fill in with individual challenges in between. I like the individual but no time during the big ones that I like more.
I've had a goodreads acount for I think 4 years. I've been using the app for around 2-3 years, on and of. I still don't know how to participate or keep up with these challenges, I mean I love the idea of them and everything, I just have no idea what I am doing.
