Julian Smith (gottabefunky) | 1 comments I read this about 6-7 years ago, pretty sure it was a British author or at least took place in the UK. Near-future setting, POV is a soldier in an "army" that operates on crowdsource principles: every soldier votes as a private individual in real-time about whether to fight or not. That's about all I remember, except I enjoyed it. Thanks!
