Its rule of thumb, so you have to hurry to try to read them all before due date

Betrayals (Cainsville, #4) by Kelley Armstrong Killman Creek (Stillhouse Lake, #2) by Rachel Caine (also a BR)

I'll then be starting on:
Hello Stranger (The Ravenels, #4) by Lisa Kleypas and Leah on the Offbeat (Creekwood, #2) by Becky Albertalli (can be used for turquoise cover)

I'm still waiting for some library books for my planned books, so fingers crossed they will come soon.

Still making my way through Oathbringer (The Stormlight Archive, #3) by Brandon Sanderson (reading with a friend, so taking a little longer)

Been debating on The Pillars of the Earth (Kingsbridge, #1) by Ken Follett for Astronomy...

Hannah (diamond_rebel) | 190 comments Hello all,

I am looking forward to life getting a little bit back to normal this week. This weekend was the first in I can't remember how long that we didn't have to do anything.

I went to the bookstore yesterday, so today I'm picking up From Twinkle, with Love by Sandhya Menon which if its anything like When Dimple Met Rishi I will fly through.

I'm also still working on The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller which I just started but I think may take me a little bit to get into, hence picking up Twinkle. I am also going finish up Glory in Death (In Death, #2) by J.D. Robb on audio this week.

I can't think of anything you guys could do. You are doing a good job so far.

Samantha (missymaysreadingnook) | 808 comments Hey everyone! Sorry I've been MIA this week. It was a pretty busy/long week and the only real access I had to Goodreads was on the app (which we all know how well that works with this challenge).

The only thing I'm probably looking forward to this week is getting into some of the new books I bought with my birthday money yesterday. Today, I'm going to go through what we still have to work on and see if any of my books will work for them.

I just finished Homeland and really enjoyed it, so I'm hoping to get into the next book soon...ish. I'm still needing to work through The Passage, which I'm going to hit hard today. Also going to be starting Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix today :)

In case you're wondering which books I got yesterday:
Exile (Forgotten Realms The Dark Elf Trilogy, #2; Legend of Drizzt, #2) by R.A. Salvatore Sojourn (Dark Elf #3; Legend of Drizzt #3) by R.A. Salvatore Vicious (Villains, #1) by V.E. Schwab The Outsider by Stephen King
The Last Wish (The Witcher, #1) by Andrzej Sapkowski The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid Lair of Dreams (The Diviners, #2) by Libba Bray I'm Thinking of Ending Things by Iain Reid John Carter of Mars The First Five Novels by Edgar Rice Burroughs

Kaley (kaleyamo) | 1976 comments Hi all — over the next week I’ll be continuing / starting these two:
Strawberry Shortcake Murder (A Hannah Swensen Mystery) by Joanne Fluke (Boom berry juice)
The Perfect Mother by Aimee Molloy (BR)

I’m not enjoying the audiobook I picked up so much, so I’m probably going to DNF it and pick up something else for the week, but I’m not sure what yet! I’ll browse my library’s e-collection later and see if I can find anything that sounds interesting and also fits for classes.

It's nice when you're weekend isn't all planned out. Sometimes on a Monday morning it can seem like there hasn't been a weekend due to the insane amount of things crammed into a short space of time.

Teresa (teresab78) | 1658 comments I'm Currently reading Inherent Gifts for letters,
I'm still working on Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. I haven't had as much time to listen as I usually do.

Next up I can read Silver Scars for defeating the werewolf
or Brac Pack Halloween Murder Mystery for salamander blood, though that is only 105 pgs

That's cool to have a book club book to look forward to :) and I just ran the cover through Tin Eye Moody and here's what he says....
54.7% - Mine Shaft (blue)
18.5% - Twilight Blue (grey)
11.4% - Star Dust (grey)
10.1% - Amulet (green)
3.2% - Cutty Sark (green)
2.1% - Surf (green)

It's so weird because the cover doesn't look blue at all :/

message 430: by Louise (new)

Louise | 3330 comments Other than making sure I've got everything ready for our week away I'm going to be trying to get some books finished that got interrupted by quidditch.

I'm currently reading/listening to Follow You Home by Mark Edwards I'm not much for audios but I am trying to embrace them. I do like the narrator on this.
Started Lilac Girls by Martha Hall Kelly at last and am re-reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Harry Potter, #3) by J.K. Rowling .

With quidditch over I feel a bit lost not having to effectively read a book a day 🙂

Post it in the room of requirement, if the other Captain's say green we can use it.
Women's murder club is a series by James Patterson. 1st to Die (Women's Murder Club, #1) by James Patterson a book gets released each year, it is at The 17th Suspect (Women’s Murder Club #17) by James Patterson . I'm hoping to read this soon

message 432: by Samantha (new)

Samantha (missymaysreadingnook) | 808 comments So, I was assuming the green cover was Exile, but then I remembered The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. Although, this is the cover I actually have..
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid .
Ran it by Tin Eye Moody and it came out at...
38.6% Green
23.6% Red
21% Black
10.8% Brown

So green has the majority! Put me down for this book :)

Wild Irish Soul (Mystic Cove, #3) by Tricia O'Malley

message 436: by Fandury (new)

Fandury | 310 comments I started Where the Dead Lie (Sebastian St. Cyr, #12) by C.S. Harris yesterday. I really love this series and I have no idea why it took me so long to start reading this.

After that I will read After Atlas (Planetfall, #2) by Emma Newman , and that is all my planning for this week. I will drive down to Vienna next weekend and then spend the whole next week there to visit my father. And at the end we will have the Doanuinselfest, a big open air festival that happens once a year. So, I will probably not get much reading done in the next week.
