Sorry I've been so absent this week D: Plans didn't necessarily turn out the way I thought they would. As you all know, I flew to Iowa on Saturday to come visit my family. Unfortunately, I left my laptop and Kindle at LAX in the security checkpoint! Luckily, they do have my laptop and Kindle locked up and I have 30 days to pick it up, BUT it put a hamper on my access to this website since I only had my phone for most of this week (we went down to Missouri to visit my brother for a few days). So, now we're back at home (in Iowa) and I'm borrowing my mom's laptop so I can get some stuff done. I'm in favor of extending the challenge. I've been enjoying our time reading together :)
Just FYI, today I'm planning on finishing Firestarter and picking up Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I'm pretty sure I won't finish the green book today, but I can at least get a good start on it.

Ya, you can go ahead and use that. I’m still planning on reading the book, but I’d feel much better if it was checked off for our team ❤️ Ive got a few hours left of firestarter and all day to read, so that one shouldn’t be a problem 😊
I'm also still here and totally for extending TT.I had nearly no time to read this week, but as I have absolutely no plans for the weekend, and it will be hot and sunny here in Germany, I plan to sit in front of a fan in my favourite chair and read.
Started reading I'm Thinking of Ending Things. Should be a short read but it's been really slow so far. I think I got to the part where the pace is actually picking up so fingers crossed! Should only take me another hour-hour and a half to read.
Just finished my book. -.- Didn't like it to say the least, but at least I finished it.

Tori and Belinda. We’re in a period where we basically have all our books done for the challenges and are waiting for the Triwizard Tornament to start. We don’t really know what to expect quite yet. I would say focus on uploading all the books you’ve read since the beginning of the challenge. We have all the links posted on the first page of this thread. Not even the weekend helped, as I had to play Titan Quest the whole weekend, it is definitly this time of the year...

Hi Tori & Belinda! Welcome to the team!Side note -- I watched a bunch of Harry Potter movies yesterday (Goblet of Fire through Deathly Hallows Pt. 2) and I forgot how much I dislike Bellatrix. This challenge has really made me have a soft spot for her. ;-)

I've got a few buddy reads going on at the moment:
ive just finished Inkheart. it was very good but it started slow. ill put it in the books read thread in the morning. i cant work out links etc on my phone and i mainly come on good reads when my baby falls asleep on me

tonight or tomorrow morning. However I am doing the 24 in 48 readathon this weekend, so hopefully, I can power through a few more titles. I'm super excited to make some headway.

After this one, I think I need to give up on the cozy mysteries, at least during challenges! I like them, and I like the one I'm reading now, but they just take me so long to get through because I just don't get "hooked" on them, so I end up finishing several others while trying to get through that one.I currently have this one going as a buddy read:

Tori — it gets updated every few days. They may just not have gotten around to it yet :) Louise or Samantha usually post a Slytherin house symbol in the Books Read thread to indicate where the spreadsheet is updated to, so if there is not one of those after your post, it means they just haven’t been able to get to it yet!

thanks kaley. i could have sworn last year it updated automatically every 24 hours. im making good progress today on a YA book called Delirium. i started yesterday and im 48% done. The evening is when i get my most reading time in too
Hi Tori! It’s not an automatic process so your leader were probably on it like crazy lol. Louise does most of the updating since she knows where to place the books where they’re needed, but every once in a while I’ll upload. I don’t have as much free time as I’d like so updating the data sheet is more like once or twice a week. They’ll get on there, promise 😊
I'll be doing a big update tomorrow, now that the spell outs are complete and the classes are mostly finished we are aiming for book pointsuntil Tri Wizard starts. 🙂
