ABANDONED. choose your own destiny book with some very weird life trajectories

this was a choose your own path book I read possibly 8-10 years ago. (2007 approx)
I distinctly remember a few endings;
- marrying a woman and swerving your car from hitting a sheep in the road on a cliff, you both die by driving off the cliff
- you get indoctrinated into a cult/religion where a priest gives you a bath with a rough sponge to cleanse you of sin
- you become a science researcher and they dress you up in a monkey costume and get raped by a male monkey. Later you die of some disease and can link it to the monkey experience.

This may be not much to go on but its the most bizarre book ive ever read and i cant get ut out of my head!
