Also, I should have mentioned: every reader has signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement before contracting with us, which means your manuscript is treated confidentially by everyone at The Spun Yarn.

Ben, if you email me at sarah@thespunyarn.com, I'll send you the details and get started matching your MS with the kinds of readers you're looking for.
Thanks!

Okay, so that's only one more package left, and it goes to the next responder.
Cheers,

I truly need a beta on this story.
When we hear about kids like Cody Chandler, all but the most cold-hearted of us sympathize. Some of us may send them their prayers, but most of us will forget about them in a matter of days. It isn’t that we don’t care. We just don’t have time to dwell on such things, so their stories sink deep in our subconscious and make us feel subtly grateful for our more fortunate births.
Having suffered physical, emotional, and sexual abuse by the time he was eleven, Cody has lived a life few would envy. But instead of being crushed by his experiences, he rises above his circumstance through an incredible act of sacrifice he hopes will free him from the ghosts who haunt him. When Cody is forced to examine the impact abuse has had on his life, he must decide how much of his past he can safely reveal. While revealing his deepest childhood secret might be liberating, it might also be his undoing.

Okay, that's it! We've given away all of our free packages. If anyone else is interested in being able to select three readers based on your specific needs, we're running at a lower $299 rate for the next month, for three readers and a full report with all of their comments. I'll post a further 20% discount code: SARAHG. This discount can also be used on our mini report, which is the first 20,000 words of your MS.

We normally charge $499 per package, because we pay our talented readers to take their time and give a very close read. The first five authors to respond here with an answer to the question "What's one thing you'd like to learn from a beta read of your book?" will win a free package.
Ready, go! Let's start reading your book!
