But how can her parents forget her birthday!? And they flirted to each other on Cece's voice mail omg XD I love the mythology in this already. I'm so glad CC got Isabelle and the other women on her side. I feel like she's going to need their support by the time this book ends. Also, I'm hoping CC is going to inspire the other monks to love and respect the goddess by the time she leaves the island. I really want her to be able to be on land and in the sea but I don't know how that will work with Dylan :( (hide spoiler)]

Also wtf is up with the Abbot, he is literally crazy with the need to punish/kill CC and I don't like it!! I loved the scene in the chapel with the mother goddess and Isabelle. I hope this will somehow work out but idk how it's possible since Lina will have to go back to being a mortal. But I'm enjoying learning about the Underworld and more about Hades in general. First of all I'm really annoyed with this version of Artemis, she's not a virgin goddess and she's being really stubborn with her twin wanting him not to change. Ugh this is frustrating. I'm also really worried about what will happen to Apollo and Pamela when they go back to the mortal realm. I love their relationship tho, they're so adorable together!! I really hope Pamela can convince the author to let her make him something less gaudy. Also I absolutely love Rienell! Her lesbian wisdom makes me laugh so much (hide spoiler)]

And now she's caring for the roses and looking at more of the castle! I just love this world. It sounds magical and beautiful. I hope Mickey won't have to be sacrificed in the spring tho. Ch. 8 (view spoiler)[ OMG Pea is a ballerina IM IN LOVE!!! It was kinda funny how Venus convinced Pea of who she was. Also I'm kinda hoping for Vulcan and Pea to fall in love and Griffin and Venus, but like Griffin would take Vulcan's place as a god. I think that would be cool. Also I love that this is set in Tulsa again, so many opportunities for crossovers!! So far I kind of like Venus a bit more than Persephone in this one, she's still quite shallow. Persephone's comments about Pea made me really mad, but I was so glad when Venus defended her. Maybe Love isn't as shallow as everyone believes?? (hide spoiler)]

I feel like I should be fanning myself and not listening to these books in public lmao. But I'm really starting to get annoyed with Pea's infatuation with Griffin. Vulcan is wayyyyy better suited for her. PLZZZZZ. I'm kinda mad tho that both guys ended up ditching Pea and Venus :/ (hide spoiler)]

I also really enjoyed the fact that Venus was so helpful, whisking Patroclus off to a modern hospital and helping with the end of the war. I loved that Achilles got to remake himself as a new man. BUT MY ABSOLUTE FAV PART was Kat finally cussing out that stupid bitch Agamemnon! God that was amazing. (hide spoiler)]
