Same author (person) but multiple separate listings

Donald Firesmith, Donald G Firesmith, Donald G. Firesmith, and Donald George Firesmith are all the same person (me). All books individually allocated to one of these "authors" should be grouped together under my main listing. Also, Amazon has the correct cover (ASIN: B07C5DVKCP) listing both me any my co-author. Leland Anderson wrote the original script, while I rewrote it, resulting in the script that is published as an ebook.

Should the movie script be combined with the book it is based on?
