So I started reading this book back in 2010. The book takes place in a fantasy world that is permanently half night and half day, and the main character is a princess whose mother is the queen of night and whose father is the king of day. The king and queen despise each other and she was born in attempt to make a truce, but it didn't work. She grew up with her mother on the side of night until her father comes to retrieve her one day by force. On the side of day her father already has someone she's supposed to marry, and I think he has an adoptive daughter that's already in love with that guy. I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what this book is called!! :)
