Book about a girl who can fix cars and is named willow because her body is like a willow tree. She can see the future when she sees or touches someone. Her mother is not all there after her father left. Her aunt take care of her most the time.

The guys name is Alex he has a few brothers, it’s a family business. There’s a community of people who do it. When he was introduced in the book it was when they were killing an angel.
The two main characters are on the run together from some people.
They steal a car I think or Alex has one but it broke down.
Romance is involved.
It’s written in first person about the girl and in third person about the boy. The setting was modern. The was published around 2010. I think is was a series. I found when I was checking out Angle fire so I think it might be related in genre or close author names. Because the books were right next to each other at their library. The cover was white. The setting of the story was in the US around Central and the south west. I read the book around 2016 or late 2015. It was a physical book.

Alex mom was killed because of an angel. And recently he lost another family Member. The girl is part angel.
her father let Which who is angel. The angels take me over person people’s bodies and burn them up(?) they plan to take over the world. The angels aren’t good. Alex can’t decide if she one of them.
His dad’s friend or his uncle pretends to help them but tries to kill the girl but he doesn’t let him.
There’s a scene where the girl touches a waitress hand, she see that the lady is going to commit suicide in the future. Her husband had died a few years or months ago and she was I a lot of stress. Scared she tells the waitress she’s a medium or something that can talk to ghosts and tells her what she saw and that she can start a business and that not her husband wanted. That happens while they were on the run.
