Edition merging needed

I noticed duplicate edition of the same book but I don't have sufficient privileges in order to merge the editions. Please merge these two:

2) https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

The first one is the "main" one of the two, if that matters, were more details are present.

I removed the cover designer and editor, since they don't get author credits according to GR policy.

But when asking these credits GR suggested "Editor" as a possible value for this field and it was also a free text field (that's why I entered the cover designer credit). Doesn't that mean these are legitimate values for this field?

Editor is acceptable but only for anthologies or scholarly work where editing is associated with content creation. Cover designers are never given credit on Goodreads.

Oh, well. The publishers gave credit on their site but I'm fine with it.

Thanks. I'm just disappointed that the interface allows this when they could've added a field marking something as an anthology or a novel and provide specific relevant roles for each, if that's the way they want it. Though I still don't understand why they wouldn't want more information provided in some cases.
