SOLVED. Mystery book about a kidnapping solved by a cat on a train. Spoilers ahead. [s]

It is a mystery book for middle schoolers and it takes place on a train. I read this book last year and I think it came out within the last 5 years, but definitely within the last 10 years. I think it is told from the POV of a cat??? And also I think the cat might be able to talk??? Now that I’m thinking about it, I think the cat’s name was Sammy??? But I’m not entirely sure about that. A girl is kidnapped and the cat has to solve it.
