Kristine | 284 comments I just finished How the One-Armed Sister Sweeps Her House by Cherie Jones , Cherie Jones. This is a dark story, but just thought the writing was brilliant. I recommend it.

Next, Mary Jane, must get this one in this week + have A Ballad of Love and Glory for NetGalley. Another incredible writer who I listened to speak about this book + The Orchard. All due this week. I better get reading.

Denise (denisemeagles) | 71 comments The Five Wounds is outstanding. Definitely one of my favorite books this year. The key characters are fabulous.

Must Love Books is a lighter read. I like the peek behind the curtain of the publishing world. You will also be challenged to define your definition of Happiness.

Timely Book, as it is speaking of all the leaders and change that occurred in the Soviet Union during the 1980’s, soon to be broken up and Russia predominate country. Later, in book Putin is in power. Gave me perspective on the mindset of everyday Russian People.

I just started A Ballad of Love and Glory by Reyna Grande , by Reyna Grande. Heard the author speak about this book, so am very interested in reading this.
