I just finished Search
It’s being published in April and I hope Reese picks it as her May selection. It’s fabulous. A big, meaty, spiritual drama. My five star review:

I'm reading "The Hush" by Sarah Foster. It's a Margaret Atwood-esque dystopian novel that hits very close to home in that it's very similar to what the world is going through at the moment. So far so good.
The Crimson Lake series by Candice Fox is my new favorite series. I definitely recommend that you read them in order (Crimson Lake, Redemption Point, Gone by Midnight). The main characters are so intriguing and dynamic, underdogs that you want to succeed, and the setting in the Australian rainforest is unique and interesting.
I am currently reading The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman for non-fiction and Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan McGuire for fiction.
Hana Khan Carries On by Uzma Jalaluddin. fiction, romance, South Asian immigrant community, racism, hate crime, religion, family love
Just finished Her Perfect Family and am now reading The Christie Affair (which I don't really like but I truly try not to dnf unless absolutely necessary). from there I'm on to the new Finlay Donovan book!
The harlequin tea set and other murders by Agatha Christie and to the tome of murder by Lauren Elliot
Just finished Jar of Hearts by Jennifer Hillier. Loved it! Listening to Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir.
I just finished Mary Jane and absolutely loved it.

I started
, by Jillian Cantor. It’s a different take on The Great Gatsby, where the women speak. So, far it’s really good and like the author.I’m also reading
, by Jenny Ashcroft. I got this as an ARC, so need to get it read this week. Sounds like a great book.

Liz, thanks for your wonderful review. It really explained the book well. I just got this book from my library, so will be reading it soon. Glad to hear you enjoyed it so much.
I just joined the group! Thanks for having me. This year I'm working on reading banned/challenged books. Just finished The Hate U Give, currently reading I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings while waiting for 1619 Project to become available at my local Library. And for fun, also waiting on Akata Woman to arrive at the library which was just released this year! Loved Nnedi Okorafor's other books in the series, Akata Witch and Akata Warrior.
I'm open to other suggestions too! Mahalo! ~m
I am currently reading "The eigth life. For Brilka" from Nino Haratischwili. It is a marvelous novel about a Georgian family, especially about the female family members.
Think I am going to listen to audio of
, by Greta Thunberg. She really changed the world. Then
. This is a good book I hear.
I just finished
, Cherie Jones. This is a dark story, but just thought the writing was brilliant. I recommend it. Next, Mary Jane, must get this one in this week + have A Ballad of Love and Glory for NetGalley. Another incredible writer who I listened to speak about this book + The Orchard. All due this week. I better get reading.
