In order: Scrublands, Silver, Trust.

Can't wait for his new book in October set in the Opal fields, Treasure and Dirt - has one of the characters from the other books.

Highly recommend.

Genie Higbee (goodreadscomgenie_geniehigbee) | 1 comments I just finished reading A WOMAN OF NO IMPORTANCE, by Sonia Purnell. WWII history with all the intrigue of a novel. OLIVE KITTERIDGE, fiction, employs the same approach, you see the main character mostly through their actions and the impact on others. Some say the character of James Bond was inspired by Virginia Hall, a US citizen working as a spy in the Free France region, outrageously clever, intuitive, undaunted, courageous, a 30-ish gal raised in east coast high society, with endurance and charisma to spare.
