I love this series!! (Although a very different genre, if you're familiar with the Harry Potter series, you can sometimes tell that it's a similar "voice". I don't mind at all, since I read Harry Potter series 4 times :-) )

I read it a long time ago. I liked it but not as much as King's other books. But please don't let my opinion deter you. It could be your favorite! :)

I know what you mean, I get the similar voice feeling too! And also don't mind as a huge fan of the Harry Potter books too 😊

Leandra (leandramaura) I am currently reading "The looking glass wars" and this month's book pic :) I just finished the series that inspired "the Witcher" videogames, I highly recommend it since it's one of the best written series I've read in a while!

Why not try the series on audiobooks it is so well narrated by Robert Glenister and totally addictive I have listened to all 4 and loved them!

Cris I am just starting on the reading list for this club & the first book I chose is Erotic Stories for Punjabi Widows, since it was one of the only ones available at my library.

This was the first book I read this year! Thought it was so good :).

I am currently reading Nine Perfect Stranger by Liane Moriarty, so far funny characters!

MarieCo | 6 comments Just finished one of the books from last year’s list, Erotic Stories for Punjabi Widows, in audiobook format. Really enjoyed this one and the development of the characters, their connections, and the changes to their community. Several strong women characters.

I LOVED this book. It was hilarious, serious, mysterious and a coming-of-age book for many (HAHAHA)....Great read! :)

Little Fires Everywhere was such a good book. It had depth, mystery and strong characters I could identify with. Really good read!

Susan Mabry | 60 comments I just discovered two apps that work with my library in Aiken, SC.

Cloud Library: I can check out 5/mo. (keep for 2 weeks) and 3/mo for holds.
Hoopla: Check out 4/mo. and can keep for 3 weeks.

These are FREE audios and books. Only problem is most take alot of patience just like waiting for the popular books at the library. :)

But sometimes you get lucky and find some that are available. I read so much that I have to become more patient! HA!

I regularly read YA, All The Bright Places is an amazing book, check it out :)
