Denise (denisemeagles) | 71 comments I just finished The Jane Austen Society. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys books by Jane Austen. The format of the book and the characters most resemble Emma. You do not have to read all of the books by Jane Austen to enjoy this book, but there are references to Pride and Prejudice, Mansfield Park, Sense and Sensibility and Persuasion. This book has a similar feel to The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.
