Have just finished the Seven Sisters series by Lucinda Riley. I really enjoyed the history and world travel in this series. Some parts quite predicatable, but still an enjoyable read. Now I am finishing reading Lola In The MIrror by Trent Dalton (love the artwork), The Devils Chessboard by David Talbot, Let us Descend by Jesmyn Ward and The Angel of Waterloo by Jackie French
I just finished 9 1/2 weeks by Elizabeth McNeill. I read this in two days. I hardly could put it down. I then read up about the real author Ingebor Day which is a very sad story.
If you like a slightly creepy, suspenseful read then I recommend
The Intruders by Louise Jensen ⭐⭐⭐⭐.3 https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I am currently reading five books. I am reading 'The fault in our stars' by John Green at the moment, one book online, a book my mum read when she was little called 'Danny the champion of the world' By Roald Dahl ( which is a little young for me so i struggle staying interested a bit), 'They both die at the end' ( Which ive currently lost lol and need to find. I suspect its fallen under my bed, falling asleep reading) and the Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them original screenplay which I read to my mum so she falls asleep. x

"Christine, hope you are enjoying this. I have this book, too. Usually, love Sally Hepworth.
I am just about to finish
, Island Rule by Kate M. Flynn. It is a collection of stories that kind of come together with the characters. I tried it for a different read and it is. Just the characters all feel very detached and hard to relate that much to them. Some stories much more interesting than others.
Read Murder by Lamplight by Patrice McDonough some historical fiction which I enjoy. Reading The Night Island by Jayne Ann Krentz which was difficult to get into and it's OK. Sometimes it's just hard to find a really good book.
I just started When You Care: The Unexpected Magic of Caring for Others, by Elissa Strauss, The House of Broken Bricks, Fiona Williams, and last The Cemetery of Untold Stories:, Julia Alvarez. All just came out, so haven’t heard much about them. Looking forward to reading!
Probably the weakest book in an otherwise good series -
Die Last by Tony Parsons ⭐⭐⭐.3 https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
