What are you reading?
I am reading "Keeper of the lost cities". My 11-year old daughter read it and she recommended it to me.... I am pleasing her, by reading the book and yet enjoying the kid in me.☺️
Remarkably Bright Creatures. If read the synopsis you might be turned off but I am thoroughly enjoying this quirky and charming book.

Phoebe wrote: "Beach Read by Emily Henry"That was quite a hyped book and it did not resonate with me too much. Curious of what you will think of it!
I've never read such an amazing, touching novel. I can never believe that this is an imaginary piece of writing, it has to be true, cause I lived every single word in it, and imagined everything of the diasporic journey portrayed in the Hind's story.https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...

, by Rae Meadows. This is a book that I love because it is about A young gymnast in the Soviet Union in 1973. I am learning so much about the Soviet attitudes during this time period. Love the young girl, Anya and her neighbor who is a survivor of the labor camps. Incredible story. The other book I have been reading is
, Elif Shafak. This is such a different book. It is whimsical, creative, and brings in so much about the endurance of nature. It was a little hard to relate to at first, but then I am just going with the theme, a tree is one of the narrators. The writing is incredible, so it has a magical quality to it. Hope to finish these up in a couple of days. Worth the extra time to read though.
I have just finished Bad Blood by John Carreyrou and The Silent Heart by Flaubert. Continuing with LMA´s Little Women in group reading and started with The Book of Form and Emptiness by Ruth Ozeki.
finished love & other words by Christina Lauren earlier today and now I'm reading Every Summer After by Carley Fortune.
