Hey Alison, from the top of my head I can only think of "Ranger's Apprentice" by John Flanagan, that has some elements of killing in different methods. it is a middle grade book

Also, "Ember in the Ashes" by Sabaa Tahir is also about student assassin's at a academy. Both male and female assassins

That's all I can think of right now, but if I find more I'll let you know:)

There doesn't seem to be a lot out there. <3"

What do you guys think would be a good book to get back into reading? Any good suggestions? (Genre doesn't matter.)

Usually what helps for me is re reading a light and quick read that I really enjoyed
usually books that are <200 pages, light, sweet, funny and HEAs

Catia (kookay) | 71 comments I don´t know if this is the right place to ask...I know you have read already Red Queen (Red Queen, #1) by Victoria Aveyard and Three Dark Crowns (Three Dark Crowns, #1) by Kendare Blake in this group.
I have to read for one challenge a book with a crown on the cover and i´m between these 2. I like it when there is romance, can you please reccomend me which one do you think i should read? I have both on my tbr so eventually I will also read the other...Thanks

I didn't get to finish Three Dark Crowns series, and personally I would recommend Red Queen. I'm a sucker for that!
