I’m looking for a book about a group of men who work for a security firm. They rescue a woman who works for the government in some capacity as she has been held hostage and beaten/tortured by either a cartel or some group seeking information. They rescue her and she is joking with one of the guys on the team and they agree to go on a date and eat steak exactly a year from that day. She is extremely dirty and beaten up.They meet a year later and he is blown away by how beautiful she is as he couldn’t really see her a year ago. They go for dinner and soon fall in love. They end up going out west to her dads ranch with his group of men. If you know this book, please help me out!

Defying all probability, a privately-funded black ops group led by a handsome, sexy-as-sin southerner pulled her out of the warlord's prison cell and brought her home. Even half out of her mind with pain Tori knew this man was special. She made a date with the commander to meet one year later at a restaurant of his choice. Keeping that date was the best thing she ever did.
